See Eradur\u2019s standard colour scheme.<\/p>\n<h2>Application areas<\/h2>\n<p>Coatings for flexible substrates such as fiber board, asphalt etc.<br \/>\nSound and vibration attenuation on checker plate etc. Adhesion primer on tough substrates such as glazed clinker etc.<\/p>\n<h2>Properties<\/h2>\n<p>Provides an elastic and chip resistant coating with good wear resistance. It is suitable for areas with heavy traffic, and as wear layer for skid pads.<br \/>\nChemical resistance is average, and with a semi-flexible hardness the coatings is more sensitive to dirt pick-up than a standard epoxy coating. The coatings will yellow slightly more than standard epoxy over time.<br \/>\nEradur\u00ae Flexibel has an inherent flexibility that will not change over time.<br \/>\nAdhesion to concrete and most other substrates is excellent. The product has no odour and is not flammable.<\/p>\n<h2>Application temperature<\/h2>\n<p>Application temp (floor temp): 15-25 \u00b0C. (RH < 80%)\n\n\n<h2>Pot life<\/h2>\n<p>Pot life after mixing is approximately 40-60 min, depending on the temperature.<\/p>\n<h2>Curing time<\/h2>\n<p>24-48 hours for pedestrians and lower loading (depending on temperature). 5-7 days for complete curing and resistance.<\/p>\n<h2>Mixing ratios<\/h2>\n<p>2,4 parts by weight of ERADUR Flexibel, komp A (12 kg)<br \/>\n1 part by weight of ERADUR Flexibel, komp B (5 kg)<br \/>\nERADUR FLEXIBEL is a two component product, and an insufficient mixing will result in a partially incomplete curing. Mix for several minutes with machine just before the application, make sure that all material in the bottom and rim of the container is properly mixed.<br \/>\nKeep exact mixing ratio between component A and B.<br \/>\nAll materials should preferably have ambient temperature before use.<\/p>\n<h2>Safety<\/h2>\n<p>Wear safety goggles and protective clothing during mixing and application.
