It provides secure interlayer adhesion.<br \/>\nReinforces the concrete surface. Excellent for dust binding as it gives the concrete a dense, durable, and chemical-resistant surface.<\/p>\n<h2>Application temperature<\/h2>\n<p>Application temp (floor temp): 12-25 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<h2>Pot life<\/h2>\n<p>Pot life after mixing is approximately 40 min.<\/p>\n<h2>Curing time<\/h2>\n<p>6-8 hours before the application of coating or painting.<br \/>\n12-16 hours for pedestrians and lower loading (depending on temperature). 7 days for complete curing and resistance.<\/p>\n<h2>Mixing ratios<\/h2>\n<p>2 parts by weight of ERADUR Primer N, Comp A (10 kg)<br \/>\n1 part by weight of ERADUR Primer N, Comp B (5 kg)<br \/>\nERADUR is a two-component product, and an insufficient mixing will result in partially incomplete curing. Mix for several minutes with a machine just before the application, make sure that all material in the bottom and rim of the container is properly mixed.<br \/>\nThe mixture should then be applied to the floor without delay, hardening occurs fast in the mixing vessel!<br \/>\nKeep the exact mixing ratio between component A and B.<br \/>\nAll materials should preferably have ambient temperature before use.<\/p>\n<h2>Safety<\/h2>\n<p>Wear safety goggles and protective clothing during mixing and application.
